1. How do I book ?
Browse our website or discuss with us on the phone. Decide what is essential then complete the application form. We will respond rapidly. We can offer you ideas and suggestions. If something is impossible we will always come back with alternatives. Once we have responded you need to reserve your booking by sending us a completed form or picking up the telephone.
2. Do I have to pay a deposit ?
A non-refundable deposit is payable upon making a reservation. This is either 10% of the total cost of the holiday or £200 - whichever is greater. You can pay by cheque or credit card.
3. How early or late can I book ?
You can book as late as up to 48 hours before departure and we will try and fulfill all your requirements. However, it is advised to book as early as possible before your departure to ensure that your requested routes and hotel rooms are available. Booking early will allow us to get your itinerary just right and avoid disappointment.
4. When do I need to make the full payment ?
60 days before departure or immediately if your departure is in less than 60 days. You can pay by cheque, debit card or credit card. In the event of payment by credit card there is a surcharge equivalent to the charge made by the credit card company.
5. What about the airline tickets ?
Internal flights are included in your tour price and we will book these for you. You can use your own travel agent or you can ask us to book your flight to and from India. This cost is in addition to the tour cost. Please note we cannot take any responsibility in any way for tickets not obtained through us.
6. Do I need a visa ?
Yes – unless you hold an Indian passport. Getting the visa is your responsibility. The cost of the visa is not included in the price of the tour. We can supply you with the visa application form and on payment of the visa fee we may be able to get the visa for you. Please allow at least two weeks for getting the visa. We cannot accept any responsibility for the visa.
7. Will I be able to remain in touch with home ?
Yes. Almost all over India mobile phone network is available. Your guide will have a suitable mobile phone should you need one. Please note that there will be a charge for use of the phone.
8. Does Chillout365 Limited guarantee sight of Tigers and other wildlife?
Chillout365 Limited does not guarantee sight of any animals, however we will make our best effort to ensure that you choose the right location and that you don’t go away disappointed.
9. Will I need to get any vaccinations before I leave ?
